1. Eligibility

You must:

Reside in a supported region/country

Provide accurate personal and banking details

2. Account Registration

You agree to:

Keep your credentials confidential

Notify us immediately of unauthorized use

3. Group Savings

Users may join or create savings groups (“Aajos”)

Each group defines its rules (contribution frequency, payout order, etc.)

Contributions are tracked transparently and recorded

Aajo reserves the right to intervene in disputes or remove fraudulent users.

4. Credit Score Building

Savings behavior and repayments may be shared with licensed credit bureaus

This is to help users establish or improve their creditworthiness

Aajo does not guarantee credit approvals based on scores

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Provide false identity or impersonate another person

Use Aajo for unlawful activities (e.g., fraud or money laundering)

Harass or defraud other group members

Violations may result in suspension or legal action.

6. Fees & Charges

Aajo may charge:

A small processing/maintenance fee per cycle

Penalties for late contributions (optional and defined by group rules)

All fees are disclosed clearly within the app.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance or third-party issues.

8. Intellectual Property

Aajo’s logo, content, designs, and features are protected. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part without written permission.

9. Termination

You can close your account anytime. Aajo reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for:

Breach of these Terms

Illegal use

Fraudulent behavior

10. Dispute Resolution

We encourage resolution through customer support. For escalated disputes, arbitration may apply under the law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms with prior notice. Continued use of Aajo means you accept the new Terms.
